Creating a PDF? We recommend printing to Acrobat's Distiller instead of using the PDFWriter Wizard because Distiller offers more accurate color, font and image outputs.
Creating a file in Microsoft Publisher? Before sending it, be sure to use the Pack-&-Go Wizard located under the "File" menu to help ensure consistent font and color output.
Need quick reprints of engineering plans? Ask to have your next project scanned and archived for later retrieval.
Files too large to email? We recommend using our secure ftp upload, located in our Support Center, which allows you to easily upload larger files right from your desk.
Printed pictures look fuzzy? Images on the internet are typically 72 dots per inch and meant for on-screen viewing only. For more defined printing, we recommend saving your file at a minimum 200 dots per inch at output/finished size.
Lost your text file and only have a hard copy? Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows us to scan your hard copy and convert it into a file you can edit on your computer.
Need something waterproofed? "Encapsulating" is a lamination process that completely seals your print front, back, and around all edges to prevent water damage.
Want more durability? Card stock covers will protect your documents through the wear and tear of daily use.
